If you would like to cancel your order, please email us with your order number and the reason for cancellation. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it for you.

Please note that once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be available. Any approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping fees, discounts, and handling costs may be deducted unless the issue was caused by an incorrect shipment or our mistake.
